Chiapas: San Christobal de las Casas, Palenque, Misol-ha and Agua Azul
Sorry but this is going to be breif, I am well behind with photo posting and now am on the road (and frankly a bit sick of doing this). Here are photos from Chiapas which is a very beautiful part of Mexico. First off San Christobal:

The hostel owner had a puppy :D

These are some photos I took from the indigenous community of Chamula.

This is the Hostel I stayed at in Palenque town, it is part of a small backpacker/alternative community call El Panchan and it was....an experience. Very laid back and though the jungle humidity almost drove me nuts it was a nice change of pace.

Palenque! This was just an amazing setting, I have heard that Tikal in Guatamala is better but I didn't really have time to find out for myself.

The Temple of Inscriptions

It be me.

The Ball court.

Misol-Ha waterfall was just magnificent.

Agua Azul was not Azul, but it has obvious potential, the huge number of tourists there is offputing though.

What now? I was tempted to take it literally.

Enjoy! One more set of photos taken from Tulum, Veracruz and Mexico City and then some photos taken from New Haven and New York hopefully in the next few days.
