New York (again) and New Haven

Back in the day, when I was staying in Conneticut we went on a daytrip down to New York with some of Matt's friends. This is Ray and Pat.

I finally got a good picture of the Statue of Liberty.

The U.S.S Intrepid, once a WWII and Korean war carrier is now a museum.

It features a wide array of planes, including an old BA Concorde.

In the navy!

A black hawk stealth fighter.

Assorted planes.

Little Italy for dinner.

I realised that I hadn't taken any photos of New Haven, which definitely has its charm (located in a very small area outside of which one shouldn't venture).

This is not part of that charm.

Ye Olde Science building.

The Music building.

This library is kinda cool, the walls are semi-transparent so the lighting is mostly natural.

And the interior design is a bit cool too.

Anyone got a hackeysack?

One of the thousands of churches in New Haven.

Secret Society, quickly get Pacey or his b-grade equivalent!

A ghetto free residential street.

Not a plantation house apparently.

This is old money.

This is how I spent my money. The best part of Conneticut was the best burger ever. The fabled Cheese Burger from the Manna Food Market on Whitney.

Anyway I am on my trip across the USA now and will have a bunch of photos from the last week or so travelling in the next couple of days.
