I am letting my parents take my love/laptop back to Australia so there won't be any more huge picture posts like this. Due to my internet addiction I will undoubtedly to continue posting my own drivel though and maybe the odd picture unless technology defeats me in the process. Invalides was a veterans hospital, we really screw our war vets, I don't think we've got a single golden dome for them yet.

Below the Eiffel Tower , they race chariots here.

I'm surprised no-one has stolen the gilded statues yet. It's that lack of market nous that is keeping France from competing in an open Europe.
